Process service Anycool

1. Please contact us via email reparaciones@anycool.es explaining your problem with the product (Some failures are bad configuration).

2. Once we give you the go-ahead to repair via e-mail, you can send your faulty mobile phone to the address detailed below.

3. When you receive your package, supervised by our technicians to see if the warranty covers the type of failure.

4. We will send you one in good condition (subject to availability in our warehouse).

5. Once repaired your phone send to the address you provide.

For any repairs, you must send your phone with your payment receipt and the reason for the failure to the following address.

The average repair is 10 working days.
If we do not have stock of the repair may be delayed 30 - 60 working days.

Note that the company was not responsible for shipping costs that this may cause.
